Carrying out maintenance on hydraulic or pneumatic energy sources carries additional risks due to the residual stored energy that can remain, even when power sources have been fully isolated and locked out. Even after systems have been fully drained or vented, some equipment can still move under its own weight.

The Ram Jam is designed to fit around the extended ram cylinder and lock in place. Safe to use up to 1000 kgs (2200lbs)

Available in different sizes. This version is suitbale for ram cylinders 25mm (1″) in diameter and an extension of 266mm (10-1/2″).

This is NOT a lockout device and is not design to isolate an energy source.
