• This device allows you to lock out the equipment of 12 workers simultaneously on one hasp
• Hasp hangs by the 1-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ closed oval loop
• 7-1/4″ (H) x 3-1/4″ (W) overall dimensions
• Lightweight all-dielectric plastic

How to use

• Slide the inner body upward to release the locking loop from the outer sleeve
• Insert the open end of the loop 1/4″ wide loop to lock out the device
• Place the locking loop back into the designated slot and slide the body into the sleeve
