Lockable Rocker Switch Design & Production

With so many different makes and models of rocker switches in existence, finding the right locking device can be difficult. There are lots of different after-market models available but they are rarely universal due to a large number of switches available.

Total Lockout offers a rapid design and production service for this situation. Here are some images of a new model we offer for small-size rocker switches. This model is secured in place using the same locator ‘claws’ incorporated into the switch body.

If you need something like this custom-made for your switch, just tell us the size of the hole that the switch fits in and we’ll do the rest.

It’s important to note however that a rocker switch is unlikely to offer adequate energy isolation for lockout/Tagout purposes. Be sure to isolate the mains supply for any maintenance tasks.
